The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an advanced residential programme for those who have already completed a 200-hour certification and are ready to deepen their practice and teaching. Unlike the foundational 200-hour training — which introduces the principles of yoga and basic teaching skills — this programme focuses on refinement, depth, and specialisation. Structured in alignment with the standards of Yoga Alliance, the training expands into advanced asana, the subtle aspects of pranayama and meditation, deeper study of anatomy and philosophy, and more sophisticated teaching methodology. It supports the transition from a beginner-level teacher to a more confident, perceptive, and adaptable guide.
