Cancellation & Refund Schedule

We understand plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can maintain quality programs for all students.

Batch Transfer

If you are unable to attend your scheduled batch, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch at no additional cost, provided:

  • The request is made at least 7 days before your original start date.
  • The future batch has available spots.
  • The transfer is used within 12 months of the original program date.

Program Cancellation by SiddharthYogaPeeth

In the rare event that SiddharthYogaPeeth cancels a program (due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure), enrolled students will receive a full 100% refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch.

Medical Emergencies

In case of documented medical emergencies, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A medical certificate from a licensed physician is required. Partial refunds or batch transfers may be offered at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refunds@siddharthyoga.org with your enrollment ID and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Application processing fees
  • Course materials already shipped or downloaded
  • Certification exam fees (once the exam has been taken)
