1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing siddharthyoga.org or enrolling in any SiddharthYogaPeeth program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Program Enrollment

  • Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by our admissions team.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in teacher training programs.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during enrollment.
  • SiddharthYogaPeeth reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.

3. Program Fees & Payment

  • All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
  • Remaining balance must be paid before the program start date.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. SiddharthYogaPeeth does not store credit card information.
  • Fee adjustments may be made for future batches with advance notice.

4. Attendance & Conduct

  • Minimum 90% attendance is required for certification.
  • Students must adhere to the code of conduct, including respect for teachers, fellow students, and the ashram environment.
  • Use of intoxicants (alcohol, drugs, tobacco) is strictly prohibited on campus.
  • SiddharthYogaPeeth reserves the right to dismiss students who violate the code of conduct without refund.

5. Certification

  • Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements including attendance, assignments, and assessments.
  • SiddharthYogaPeeth provides guidance for Yoga Alliance registration but does not guarantee third-party registration outcomes.
  • Certificates are non-transferable.

6. Health & Safety

  • You must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, and medications during enrollment.
  • You participate in all physical activities at your own risk.
  • SiddharthYogaPeeth is not liable for injuries arising from your own negligence or failure to follow instructor guidance.
  • You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors and staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, manuals, and content are the intellectual property of SiddharthYogaPeeth and Samarthguru Dhara. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any materials without written permission.

8. Photography & Media

SiddharthYogaPeeth may photograph or record program activities for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of images or recordings unless you provide written objection before the program begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

SiddharthYogaPeeth provides yoga education and cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as employment, health improvements, or spiritual experiences. Our programs are educational in nature and are not substitutes for medical advice or treatment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
